How many times did you already see the Directors’ CVs online, their fears, their projects, their points of view, their failures, etc. ?

As Directors, by starting this adventure, we accepted the fact that there is no pattern of any logic for a project to be successful.

Sure, many companies have been successful for many years leaving the time for people to recognize such entities as successful.

Fast growing companies are important centers of interest and journalists give them all the credit during their impressive growth. However, did you notice how successful and healthy companies have this capability to suddenly be transformed into examples for “Things-We-Should-Not-Do”?

- Who decides of the success of a company?

- Who can foresee with certainty what is going to happen to a company?

No one.

We are all surrounded by uncertainties and doubts. Will ekolibrium be the entity we think it deserves to be? Is it going to use all the potential that we think it will?

We think there is one answer to those questions:

With certainty, no! But we are aware of it. We deeply KNOW that prevision is something we cannot trust 100%, because everything can happen at any time. We are all under the universal rule of equilibrium and no one can predict when and how things are going to happen…

… And what can uncertainty and doubt bring? FEAR.

We just hope that we can plan as much as possible as well as possible and being attentive to the users needs, so that most of the potential can be used!
