E.A.G.E.R. Project – Encouraging And Gathering Ecological Research

ENCOURAGING: ekolibrium, by creating the biggest ecological open source reference in the web, is opening the debate with the following questions:

“- Are we alone in our tribulation to the research of the better?”

“- Where are those people?”

This is exactly how ekolibrium is going to encourage people, by proving that we are not alone and understand that there are a huge amount of people eager to share the knowledge. To do this, we offer you the first interactive program, an ecological tool box, which is going to work in a friendly way through functions never seen until today for such a Website.

Isn’t it encouraging?

AND: “And” is a word that ekolibrium really likes, and, and, and. By setting up this project our questions were not: “- Should we implement this feature OR this one?” But “- How can we implement this one with this one and this other one and so on?”

“And” is the reason why this project is so unique and that is why you are maybe reading these lines. In this blog, we are going to gather all ideas from all kinds of entities to build the site in order to exist thanks to everyone.

It is clear that the program is already in construction and some features are already existing but if ekolibrium wants to represent the biggest ecological community, it has to be built by the community.

… a bit like DNA needs to be diversified.

GATHERING: Alone, we are nothing, ekolibrium understood this.  ekolibrium aims at increasing the current communication and knowledge in ecological projects. Did you ever wonder why we apparently HAVE TO discover other places, other cultures, other people? One of the reasons is probably written in our DNA.  So, apparently, we have no other alternatives than diversifying our knowledge, our cultures and our blood to make a healthy Human species. Ekolibrium exists to gather all of us.

ECOLOGICAL: What a big word!

Referring to the dictionary, http://dictionary.reference.com/browse/ecology

here are two definitions of ecology:

1. The branch of biology dealing with the relations and interactions between organisms and their environment, including other organisms.

2. Also called human ecology. the branch of sociology concerned with the spacing and interdependence of people and institutions.

Ekolibrium is thus the combination between these two definitions.

Ecology in ekolibrium understanding is not only protecting the trees which provide us with oxygen, but also the whole and complex interaction between organic and non organic entities. Some cultures already understood the importance of our surrounding and the impact it can have on our humor, life and evolution. Ekolibrium exists to gather all of us.

RESEARCH: Who’s not searching? Are you searching for perfection, for craziness, for answers, for love, for friendship, for money, for life, for freedom, for science, for food, for more, for accuracy, for drugs, for silence, for speed, for calm, for art, for fashion, for gathering, for knowledge, for death, for questions, for less, for everything?
