Thank you for joining the ekolibrium Web blog. We are aware of the amount of information in this blog… words, words and more words, but we really think that the project is worth it.

Before going any further with the explanation of ekolibirum’s exciting birth, life and evolution, we would like to point out an important fact: ekolibrium has no capital “e” because ekolibrium considers everyone as an equal in front of the “Big Blue”, our planet!

ekolibrium set up this blog in order to gather information for the construction of a Website with the role of encouraging and gathering ecological research. Whether you are an entity such as a professor, researcher, producer, investor, grant seeker, grant giver, zoo, hobbyist, child, parent, foundation, school, student, zoo, solo, part of a community, and from any country, we are addressing you all.

If you go to the sections: EKOLIBRIUM INFORMATION, EKOLIBRIUM FUNCTION and EKOLIBRIUM LOGO AND DESIGN;  you can leave a comment in your corresponding organisation and become an E.A.G.E.R project co-founder.

You cannot find your organisation in the list, please, go to  Other  at the end of each section and tell us under which name you would like your organisation to appear as, and what specific information or functions we should implement in order to be the most efficient ecological Website for your organisation or yourself.

The pages which follow are split into the key themes ekolibrium is based on and where we need your input, advice, comments, ideas, you name it. We will be adding details but in the meantime, feel free to wander around and leave comments regarding what you wish ekolibrium to bring to you in terms of useful tools for gathering and encouraging ecological research around the world.

DO YOU WANT TO KNOW EVERYTHING ABOUT THE WHOLE PROJECT?

In the first page, the E.A.G.E.R Project, you will discover the meaning of E.A.G.E.R, and you will maybe understand why we think that it is the biggest ecological project ever planned.

DO YOU WANT TO KNOW WHAT EKOLIBRIUM IS IN DETAIL?

You will find a copy of the ekolibrium foundation’s articles of association in the section EKOLIBRIUM’S AIMS explaining clearly our aims and targets.

DO YOU ALREADY KNOW EVERYTHING ABOUT THE DIRECTOR’S VIEWS, THE E.A.G.E.R. PROJECT AND EKOLIBRIUM’S AIMS AND TARGETS?

Good, so you already read quite a lot! You now perhaps have a better idea about the project.  Do you ?  Please feel free to go in the section (EKOLIBRIUM FUNCTION, EKOLIBRIUM INFORMATION and EKOLIBRIUM LOGO AND DESIGN), then go to one of the organizations that represents your entity and give your ideas and/or your requests to help us build the ekolibrium website in the “comment” section

In order to let you swirl around with your imagination, you are going to find really basic existing information for the construction of the ekolibrium Website.  It is obviously on purpose that we don’t give out all the secrets because we trust your imagination.  Just cast even one idea about the way you imagine to help ecological research.

A last note:

In the sections on the right side of your screen, there is one called EKOLIBRIUM LOGO AND DESIGN,  however, the design and the logo section was not supposed to exist since we already had strong ideas on these two topics. However, many times, people who already knew about the ekolibrium project, gave us ideas and advice we found really interesting. Since imagination is our limit, we finally thought: In this case, the more, the better.
